Shipping & Returns


SHIPPING POLICY

Orders placed online are typically processed to ship within 2 business days pending stock availability. During sale events and the holiday season, orders placed online may be processed to ship within 3 - 5 business days pending stock availability. The delivery window begins once an order is accepted and processed. Please note that orders are not processed on Saturdays and Sundays. In the event that stock is unavailable or additional confirmation of payment details is required, the order may be delayed and customer service will contact the purchaser via the email address and/or phone number on the order for further direction.

Delivery charges are based on the total weight of the order. At this time we are unable to ship to P.O. or A.P.O boxes.

**International shipping charges are not inclusive of any duties, tax or broker fees that may apply and for which the recipient of the shipment will be responsible.**

 

Signature Required Delivery

All orders will require a signature upon delivery

 

Orders placed with an express payment method are shipped without signature upon delivery. By placing an order with an express payment method, the purchaser confirms that the parcel can be left outside the premises of the address provided and the purchaser will take responsibility for any loss or damage that may occur.



RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Full-priced items purchased on RevivalNewYork.com may be returned only within 30 days from the date of shipment. In the case where goods purchased in the same order are delivered in separate shipments, the return period starts from the dispatch date of the last shipment. 

 

Revival New York accepts returns of unused, unwashed items only.

All Sale items are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Revival New York reserves the right to refuse the return of goods transmitted and/or shipped after the return period or that are not in their original condition.

 

 

Returns

For items eligible for return, please contact [email protected] or (718) 761-7585 with your order number and indicate the returning item(s) to request a return label.

 

If the purchase is eligible for return, Customer Service will issue a complimentary prepaid FedEx return shipping label. If you choose to use a different shipping method, please ensure tracking is available on the shipment and note that we are unable to reimburse any fees charged for shipping or insurance. Revival New York cannot be held responsible for any items that are lost, stolen or damaged during shipping and will not refund the value of the goods.

 

Please enclose the items in their original packaging with any hangtags attached and affix the return shipping label.

Within 5 business days of receiving your returned product, credit will be returned to the original form of payment.

 

Exchanges

Revival New York currently cannot accept exchanges. For an exchange, the original items must be returned and a new order should then be placed.
